    All members are asked to create a user account, complete their member profile, update their contact information as needed, and indicate preferences. All information updated on user accounts is automatically updated in the Membership Directory.

    $100 USD/year (January-December)

    • Individual members receive member registration rates for PHO conferences and webinars, updates on activities and opportunities for involvement, and access to the online membership directory.
       
    • PROMIS Office Hour Webinars are offered without charge to members. This is an opportunity to get real-time answers on the science and application of PRO measures from PROMIS experts. Access to all recorded webinars is available to members without charge.
  • Non-Profit Institutional Membership Non-Profit Institutional Membership

    $500/year (January-December)

    • Institutional Members receive member registration rates for PHO conferences and webinars, updates on activities and opportunities for involvement, and access to the online membership directory.
       
    • PROMIS Office Hour Webinars are offered without charge to members. This is an opportunity to get real-time answers on the science and application of PRO measures from PROMIS experts. Access to all recorded webinars is available to members without charge. 
       
    • Seven representatives may be included in Institutional Membership. 
  • Student Membership Student Membership

    Grad Students, PhD Students, Medical Students, Residents, Fellows

    $50/year (January-December)

    The PHO believes strongly in supporting the next generation of leaders and welcomes students at all levels as members of PHO. 

    If you are currently enrolled full-time in a college, university, or post-doctoral training program, Student Membership is available at a reduced dues rate with the same benefits available to individual members. Documentation of student status is required.

    $1,000/year (January-December)
